non-academic programmes. Since 2009 when we commenced operations, we have been
able to remarkably complement the efforts of schools by providing direct private

The team
leader of DYNAMIC HOME TUTORS and DINAMICO CONSULTING is a young man, Mr.
Gbenga Sile, a graduate of Economics from the Lagos State University.
Presently, he works as a serial consultant with a bias for business and
educational consulting. With experience spanning almost a decade in this field
of endeavour, Gbenga leads a team that is dedicated to delivering world class
services and setting new standards. He is also a talented writer with a number
of published and unpublished works.

HOME TUTORS is not your regular home tutor consult. Our vision is primarily to revolutionize the home teaching business in Nigeria and set a standard never before seen in the concept of home
teaching.
It is in
line with this vision that we have on our team a crop of professional and
experienced tutors determined to deliver exceptional services you would hardly
find anywhere else.
In the Nigerian educational system, the ratio of teacher to students in the course of teaching is put at about 1:20, i.e. 1 teacher to 20 students/pupils and could well rise to about ratio 1:40, i.e. 1 teacher to 40 students/pupils in extreme cases, thereby limiting the level of attention the teacher is able to give to each student/pupil. This is where we come in.
At DYNAMIC HOME TUTORS, we believe in the concept of ‘getting value for your money’ and that is why we shall work tirelessly in ensuring that the students/pupils are able to grasp ‘everything else’ they need to grasp and much more in the most conducive learning atmosphere (the home). We stress that the home is a most conducive atmosphere for learning because there, the average student/pupil can release all school-based inhibitions and interactive study is highly encouraged. Thus, the student/pupil is able to express opinions and seek clarifications on matters that he/she might not readily have the chance or freedom to do in the school classroom.
Our tutors would be at hand to revise all schoolwork and provide solutions in areas of difficulty within the defined school curriculum. Speed is also a necessity and as such, our tutors would work with the students/pupils to treat class topics ahead of the class in order to give the students/pupils a prior knowledge of the topic before it is treated in the school classroom. Our tutors shall conduct assessment tests from time to time to determine the level of improvement and areas on which improvement is needed. We also offer private coaching services in extra-curricular activities with core focus on mind and body building activities like Chess, Monopoly, Scrabble, Swimming, Music, Foreign Languages etc.
